I agree that the company of the Ingka Group for whose position I am applying (IKEA Austria GmbH or IKEA Möbelvertrieb OHG or IKEA Distribution Services Austria GmbH & Co OG as "controller" according to Art. 4 Z 7 GDPR) may transmit my contact data (first and last name, email address) to the servers of the video application platform "HireVue" in the EU in order to invite me to a HireVue video interview.
I agree that all video recordings (image and sound data) in the context of my video application may be transmitted to the servers of HireVue in the EU, where they are stored for the purpose of applicant selection until the respective position is filled and beyond that for a period of 7 months for the purpose of defending any legal claims under the Austrian Equal Treatment Act (GlBG). In individual cases (e.g. when technical support is required), my video recordings may be transferred to HireVue Inc employees in the USA. There is a possibility that my data transferred in this way may be subject to access by authorities in the US for control and monitoring purposes and that no effective legal remedies are available against this.
This consent can be withdrawn any time by written declaration (email to ikea.jobs.at@ingka.ikea.com), whereby such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the withdrawal.
